THE ROGUE SERIES: PART TEN
The Series ~~> [link]

Several representations of Rogue from the new as-yet-to-air-in-America WOLVERINE AND THE X-MEN cartoon.

Regarding the art, I don't know if I was overly influenced by the hair or what, but all her eyes came out a little more anime than usual. Huh. Anyway...

#1 - Rogue's 'civvies' version from the show.

#2 - Long coat over costume.

#3 - Short coat over slightly altered "standard Rogue" costume with that belt I used in earlier versions that I quite like.

To avoid spoilers, instead of reviewing Rogue's role on the show, which I've only seen a few episodes of online (but will say it's better than EVOLUTION with great animation), I'm going to dump a little rage...

**Rage dump deleted as it has become outdated.**

These are all of the versions of Rogue I have complete at this time. There are a few other Rogue versions I want to do in the future, so the series will probably continue at some point. I also plan on a Storm series, and one for Jean, Psylocke, and some of the other X-ladies as well. This was fun, and I hope everyone enjoys the series.

I think maybe the hair was influencing the eyes but since the actual show was drawn, I believe, in a korean art studio... that may be the reasoning... Marvel has been licensing out their IPs to companies outside the US, like they did with the Fantastic Four to a french animation studio. You know the ones that have long faces with pointed chins, its not hard to pick it out of a line up, style artwork...
